The sides and rim of singing bowls vibrate to produce sound which is used in balancing spiritual energy inside the human body.
The source and the core of every living being, the primordial sound from which life began “OM” originates from the vibration of mystic singing bowls. The singing bowls used for different purposes like yoga, music, sound healing, religious services, performance, for personal enjoyment are traditionally made up of seven different metals; Bronze, Copper, Tin, Zinc, Iron, Silver and Gold.
